韩祖成主任医师治疗郁病的临床经验
Chief Physician Han Zucheng's Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Depression
摘要
Abstract
Chief physician Han Zucheng holds that depression is closely related to the functions of liver,spleen and stomach,heart and kidney,mostly caused by liver Qi depression,phlegm-dampness encumbering the spleen,spleen deficiency with dampness encumbrance,deficiency of both heart and spleen,Yin deficiency of heart and kidney,and the core pathogenesis lies in liver Qi depression and spleen deficiency,nutritional loss of heart spirit,hence,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,relieving depression and tranquilizing the spirit are applied as the main therapeutic methods,combined with regulating Qi,relieving Qi depression,resolving dampness,harmonizing the stomach,calming the heart and tranquilizing.At the initial stage,he employs modified Xiaoyao powder flexibly to soothe liver in clinic as the disease is based on liver Qi depression;modified Erchen Tang or Shenling Baizhu San is adopted to treat the disease from spleen,the foundation of acquired constitution,as the diseases lingered on for a long time,liver-wood depression restricting spleen-earth;it's common to employ the treatment based on heart,modified Guipi Tang is frequently used in clinic as heart governs spirit;for long-lasting disease,modified Liuwei Dihuang Tang is chosen,and the treatment is based on kidney as the kidney governs storing,the mother diseases affecting the child in terms of five elements.关键词
