Abstract
In order to improve the energy density of CL-20 based explosives,the effects of solid compositions and their content on detonation properties were analyzed by theoretic calculation.The basic formula of high energy density explosive was preliminarily de-signed to meet the requirements,and the technical ways to improve the detonation heat and reduce the sensitivity of explosive were mainly explored.The pressing formability,detonation energy density,shock wave overpressure and explosion fireball characteristics of explosives were investigated by means of corresponding standard test methods,such as grain pressing and density test,detonation heat test and static explosion test.The results show that the mixed explosive has good pressing formability,and propellant density is 2.085 g/cm3,which is 97.9%of theoretical density.The shock wave overpressure equivalent of 1 kg explosive is 1.58 TNT,the highest temperature of the explosion fireball surface is 2 145℃,and the high temperature duration is 3.3 ms.The friction sensitivity and impact sensitivity of the explosive are not more than 40%.The measured vacuum constant volume detonation heat is 9 672 kJ/kg,and the ener-gy density is 3.02 times TNT.The CL-20 based explosives meet the requirements of low sensitivity and high energy density.关键词
