Research progress on the role and mechanism of neutrophil extracellular trap net in diabetes wounds
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic wounds are common chronic hard-to-heal wounds,often accompanied by a persistent inflammatory re-sponse,in which neutrophils play an important role in influencing wound healing by regulating the progression of the inflammatory response.In recent years,neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have been found to act as physical and antimicrobial barriers to kill pathogens at the site of inflammation by participating in the body's immune response.However,their persistent over-existence in diabetic wounds may lead to delayed wound healing.Hence,this article reviews the various roles,mechanisms,and related in-terventional therapeutic strategies of NETs in treating diabetic wounds.关键词
