中老年人轻度认知障碍风险预测模型的范围综述
Scope review of risk prediction models for mild cognitive impairment in middle-aged and older people

Abstract
Objective:To conduct a scoping review of the risk prediction model of mild cognitive impairment in middle-aged and older people,in order to provide a reference for the early identification of the disease.Methods:Nine databases in Chinese and English were systematically searched from inception to September 2024.Information such as the basic characteristics of the litera-ture,the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment,the construction of the model,the performance of the model,the predictors and the presentation methods of the model were extracted.Results:A total of 27 articles were included,and the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment was 2.34%-86.4%,and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.676-0.938.The mod-el construction methods mainly include logistic regression analysis,machine learning,and Rothman Keller model,and age,educa-tion level,gender,and chronic diseases are common predictors.Conclusion:The risk prediction model for mild cognitive impair-ment is still in the development stage,with large differences in model performance and high overall risk of bias.关键词
