摘要
Abstract
The incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)and depression are both high,and the comorbidities of the two often exist,which significantly increases the difficulty of clinical treatment.Identifying the common pathogenesis is the key to improve the curative effect.It is known that esophageal ICC and microglia pyroptosis mediated inflammation are closely related to GERD and depression,respectively,and are regulated by the NLRP3 inflammatome.However,whether they mediate pyropto-sis of the cells and lead to the comorbidities of GERD depression remains unknown.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to ex-plore the pathogenesis of the two comorbid depression,improve new ideas and new methods for the effective"co-treatment of dif-ferent diseases"of GERD comorbid depression,and lay a theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine compound,in order to improve clinical efficacy.关键词
