摘要
Abstract
Molten salt reactor,as a new type of reactor,is a hot research topic internationally.Molten salt reactors have high temperature and atmospheric pressure,as well as good inherent safety,and are suitable for the thorium uranium fuel cycle,which is conducive to the utilization of thorium resources as potential energy sources.It is necessary to promote the application and development of molten salt reactor technology in the corresponding evaluation and regulatory fields simultaneously.This article takes the Hermes safety analysis report that has been reviewed by the US NRC as the research object,and combines with China's laws,regulations,and regulatory experience to summarize and analyze the differences in review and management,and evaluate the applicability of China's laws and regulations.Through research,summarize the focus of safety analysis evaluation and supervision in the overview of molten salt reactor facilities,and propose suggestions for the revision of China's legal regulations.关键词
