摘要

Abstract

The safety level DC and UPS system(IDS)of the AP/CAP series nuclear power plants provides reliable DC and uninterrupted power supply for 1E level loads,and is the only 1E level power supply in the entire plant.Its reliability directly affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper summarizes the reliability design of the IDS system in the design phase of the AP1000 nuclear power plant,and introduces the design optimization based on single point fault analysis.Analyze the causes and make improvements for the IDS system failure that occurred in a certain AP1000 unit in operation.Based on the experience feedback system,reliability improvement measures such as CAP1000 system and equipment design optimization,and whole process equipment management have been proposed,which have reference significance for the design optimization,equipment manufacturing,and operation maintenance of subsequent CAP units.
