Abstract
The traditional preventive maintenance(PM)optimization of nuclear power plants mainly relies on the personnel maintenance experience and operation experience,lacking of scientific failure prediction,maintenance cycle and maintenance window evaluation,which weakens the effectiveness of maintenance.The failure probability analysis and quantitative supervision techniques for maintenance was introduced by maintenance rule.By quantitatively evaluating the reliability and availability of equipment,PM effectiveness is evaluated,providing the accurate optimization basis for the PM items and cycles under different objectives are available.The maintenance rule was combined with PM optimization in one domestic nuclear power plant,which not only achieves a proper balance between reliability and availability,but also effectively supports the reducing of PM items during outage.The result of optimum practice shows that so it can be popularized and applied to the other nuclear power plants.关键词
