摘要

Abstract

Reactor Vessel Internal(RVI)is a mechanical equipment important for safety in EPR units.With the extension of service time,ageing issues such as neutron irradiation embrittlement,irradiation-assisted stress corrosion cracking(IASCC),and wear will gradually emerge due to long-term exposure to high neutron irradiation,along with the considerations of their unique structural characteristics,complex tensile stresses,and the reactor coolant environment.Drawing on domestic and international ageing research and management practices on RVI component,this analysis focuses on the main components of the EPR unit internals.It carries out ageing screening,FMECA evaluation,and classification management to develop an ageing management programme and strategy for the internal components of EPR units.This provides guidance and a basis for the safe and reliable operation of internal components in EPR units both domestically and internationally.
