The Legal Safeguards and Law Track for Chinese-Style Modernization

Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee focused on the rule of law guarantee and the rule of law track of Chinese-style modernization,and made special arrangements for socialist democratic politics,the rule of law system,and national security.At the same time,a series of tasks and measures in the construction of the rule of law were correspondingly proposed in other reform tasks.It is necessary to deeply understand the significance of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting the modernization of the Chinese-style rule of law,make good use of the magic weapon of reform and opening up,highlight the main line of system construction,anchor the reform direction of"seven focuses",implement the reform principles of"six adherence",and coordinate the content requirements of"five focuses".We should focus on the reform task of improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,implement the requirements for reform in legislation,law enforcement,the judiciary and law-abiding,and strengthen the construction of the rule of law involving foreign affairs.We need to deepen reform in an all-round way and advance the rule of law track of Chinese-style modernization,improve the people's congress system and other political systems,formulate and introduce a number of laws and regulations guided by economic restructuring,promote strict,standardized,fair and civilized law enforcement and judiciary in all fields,and modernize the national security system and capabilities.We will strengthen the Party's leadership over the rule of law and build a system of Inner-Party Regulations.关键词
