The Establishable Mode and Specific Rules of Residence Right in Civil Code
摘要
Abstract
Although the newly added right of residence in China's Civil Code provides a legal basis for natural person to solve their living problems by establishing the right of residence,most of its contents are provisions of principle,and it is difficult to be regarded as a specific rule for establishing the right of residence.If we want to make the system in practice to exert its function and value,let people solve the living difficulties in setting up residency there are specific rules to follow,we have to further clarify the residency under the existing legal system in China can set up a specific mode,and in the process of setting up residency should follow the rules of the specific specification.Only in this way,people can based on their needs,follow the right to set up specific rules,effective and general ban,from"gifts and live there"helped residency or"live again after sale"to make trade-offs in the commercialization of the residency,to set up the most favorable for their residency,to live their own life's interests protection.关键词
