Abstract
Polylactic acid/Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PLA/PBAT)straw is a new type of fully biodegradable straw,which is made of PLA/PBAT modified material.It has good biocompatibility and biodegradability.It is safe,reliable and environmentally friendly,and is increasingly widely used to reduce environmental pollution caused by traditional straws.However,in the processing process of PLA/PBAT straws,there are often problems of low hardness,easy aging,and smoke during the production process.In this paper,a series of high-purity PLA/PBAT straw modifiers were synthesized from raw materials such as PLA,PBAT,talc,antioxidants,compatibilizers,smoke suppressants,etc.,and has been analyzed by FTIR,TGA,hardness test,damp heat aging test.And smoke yield characterization during processing were carried out.At the same time,the purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of the hardness,aging performance and smoke yield of PLA/PBAT straws,and to increase the hardness of straws,improve the aging resistance,and eliminate smoke in the production process through a series of optimization methods.关键词
