Abstract
The shock absorbing element made of rubber generates heat and stress in a certain frequency pressure environment for a long time,which accelerates the aging of rubber materials,makes it gradually lose its performance and fails,and directly affects the safety of the product.In order to solve this problem,according to the relevant national standards,this study simulates the continuous vibration of rubber shock absorbing elements in practical applications and the high temperature generated during vibration,and conducts artificial accelerated aging tests combining"pressure-pressure"fatigue and high temperature aging on rubber shock absorbing elements.Taking the static stiffness performance as the consideration index,by comparing the changes in the performance of rubber components before and after aging test,the service life of rubber shock-absorbing components can be comprehensively evaluated,which can provide a scientific basis for determining the safe use period and service life extension of rubber products.关键词
