煤基石脑油裂解制丙烯聚合小试性能研究
Research on the Performance of Coal-based Naphtha Pyrolysis to Propylene Polymerization
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the polymerization behavior of propylene synthesized from coal-based naphtha cracking to propylene and methanol to olefins under different polymerization conditions was compared and analyzed,the experimental results show that:With the increase of standing time,the activity of Propylene 1 polymerization reaction gradually decreased,and even non-polymerization appeared,however,there was no significant change in the activity of Propylene 2 polymerization;The same catalyst was used to catalyze the polymerization of propylene,and the activity of Propylene 1 polymerization reaction,melt index and isotactic index of polymerization products were lower than those of Propylene 2;Different catalysts were used to catalyze the propylene polymerization reaction,and the change trend of Propylene 1 and Propylene 2 was consistent;Increasing the dosage of triethyl aluminum within a certain range can significantly improve the polymerization activity of propylene,but has no significant effect on the melt index and isotactic index of the polymerization products.关键词
