基于JMatPro软件的焊接冷却速度控制及焊缝性能研究
Study on Welding Cooling Rate Control and Weld Performance Based on JMatPro Software

Abstract
In order to improve the weld performance,JMatPro software and heat source model were used to control the welding cooling rate and optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld zone.The microstructure of the weld zone was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and backscattered electron imaging(EBSD).JMatPro software simulation shows that Q235 steel obtains a large amount of bainite at a high cooling rate,resulting in a significant improvement in its mechanical properties.The stable control of welding cooling rate is realized by using the line heat source model and combining with appropriate welding process parameters(voltage,current and welding speed).The optimized welding parameters were used to carry out welding tests.The results showed that the weld zone obtained ultra-fine equiaxed crystals and high content bainite with higher welding cooling rate,and the hardness of the weld zone was significantly improved,with a maximum increase of 92%.The results have important guiding significance for improving weld performance,optimizing welding process,energy saving and emission reduction.关键词
