Abstract
In order to solve the problem of temperature fluctuation in the heating process of welded pipe anti-corrosion coating production line of medium frequency induction heating equipment,the causes of temperature fluctuation were analyzed,and a closed-loop control method was proposed to realize the control of the heating temperature of the steel pipe during the coating process.A high-precision infrared thermometer was adopted to measure and analyze the changing trend of heating temperature in real time and predict the temperature fluctuation in advance.At the same time,the medium frequency induction heating power supply is partially reformed,and a set of temperature control system is developed on this basis.Through the application of intermediate frequency heating temperature control system,the uniformity and stability of the heating temperature of the steel pipe are effectively improved,and the quality of the coating of the steel pipe is provided with a strong support.关键词
