Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of benefit finding among young and middle-aged stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further targeted intervention measures.Methods A general information questionnaire,Benefit Finding Scale,Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease Scale,Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,and Social Support Rating Scale were used to investigate 203 young and middle-aged stroke patients.The current status of benefit finding and its influencing factors were analyzed by one-factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total score of benefit finding among young and middle-aged stroke patients was(57.86±19.02).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-efficacy,illness perception,confrontation coping,acceptance-resignation coping,social support,self-care ability,and economic burden were the influencing factors of benefit finding among young and middle-aged stroke patients(P<0.05),accounting for 78.3%of the total variation.Conclusion The benefit finding of young and mi-ddle-aged stroke patients is at a medium-low level,influenced by self-efficacy,illness perception,confrontation coping,ac-ceptance-resignation coping,social support,self-care ability,and economic burden.关键词
