Abstract
Objective To explore the trend of postpartum growth and psychological resilience in postpartum women within 1 year after delivery,and analyze the causal relationship between them.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 268 postpartum women who delivered in the obstetrics ward of the First Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang Uni-versity School of Medicine as the research subjects.A general information questionnaire was used to investigate the ge-neral information of the postpartum women at the time of discharge.The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate the postpartum growth and psychological resilience of the postpartum women at 1-3 months,4-6 months,and 7-12 months postpartum,respectively.The data were analyzed using the cross-lagged model in Amos 21.0 software.Results The scores of postpartum growth of the postpartum women at 1-3 months,4-6 months,and 7-12 months postpartum were(45.60±9.47)points,(43.03±8.29)points,and(48.43±9.39)points,respectively.The scores of psychological resilience were(63.69±10.01)points,(58.61±12.99)points,and(68.46±9.44)points,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in scores among the three stages(P＜0.01).The cross-lagged model showed that psychological resilience and postpartum growth were mutually predictive,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.01).Conclusion The postpartum growth and psychological resilience of postpartum women show a change of first declining and then increasing with the passage of time after delivery.They are mu-tually causal and intertwined.Medical staff should focus on improving psychological resilience and promoting postpartum growth as entry points for comprehensive psychological interventions to improve the psychological health status of postpar-tum women.关键词
