摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.Methods The clinical data of 1 case with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis were retrospectively studied and the literature was reviewed.Results After strict antifungal therapy,the patient's condition improved and no other complications or death occurred.Conclusion In clinical practice,it is necessary to inquire about the medical history in detail and improve the serum,alveolar lavage fluid GM test,and serum G test as soon as possible through imaging examination,to achieve early diagnosis and treatment,improve the prognosis of IPA patients,and reduce the mortality.关键词
