How New-quality Productive Forces Drive High-quality Development of Enterprises-Based on the Perspective of Digital Transformation of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Based on empirical research using data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2023,this study veri-fies the impact and mechanism of new-quality productive forces on high-quality development.The results show that new quality productivity can drive digital transformation in enterprises and further promote high-quality development,with a more significant effect observed in non-state-owned enterprises.Additionally,both new quality productivity and digital transformation have a more pronounced effect on promoting high-quality development in non-state-owned enterprises.Further analysis indicates that adapt-ability plays a positive moderating role in enhancing the effect of digital transformation on high-quality development.Therefore,en-terprises should actively promote the generation and development of new quality productivity;strengthen organizational modularity and flexibility to enhance adaptability;moreover,the government can provide tax incentives,exemptions or subsidies for non-state-owned enterprises in developing new quality productivity,as well as offer financing support and more data resources to create a fa-vorable external environment for their digital transformation.关键词
