Research on the Selection of High-end Talent Gathering Paths in Xiong'an New Area—Based on a Binary Logistic Regression Model
摘要
Abstract
Based on a binary Logistic regression model,this paper selects the main factors affecting the gathering of high-end talents in Xiong'an New Area.Based on this,it puts forward ways to optimize the urban ecological environment,strengthen the con-struction of urban transportation facilities,improve social public services,increase salary incentives and welfare subsidies for high-end talents,create a good scientific research environment,and do a good job in logistics support for the relatives of high-end talents,so as to promote the gathering of high-end talents in Xiong'an New Area and promote the realization of high-quality development of Xiong'an New Area.关键词
