膀胱灌注病人症状测评问卷的构建及信效度检验
Construction of symptom assessment questionnaire for patients with bladder perfusion and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To construct a symptom assessment questionnaire for patients with bladder perfusion and verify its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the theory of unpleasant symptoms,the final draft of the symptom assessment questionnaire for patients with bladder perfusion was developed through literature review,research group discussion,Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation.A total of 115 patients with bladder perfusion who were admitted to the Department of Urology in a tertiary grade A hospital in Guiyang City from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects.The reliability and scientificity of the questionnaire were evaluated by means of questionnaire recovery rate,authority coefficient and coordination degree of expert opinions.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated by item analysis,split-half reliability,test-retest reliability and exploratory factor analysis.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 80%and 100%,respectively.The constructed symptom assessment questionnaire for patients with bladder perfusion contained 12 items.The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.787,the split-half reliability was 0.728,the test-retest reliability was 0.813,and the item-level content validity index was 0.81～1.00.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors with eigenvalues＞1,including factor 1(frequent urination,poor urination,incomplete urination,urgent urination),factor 2(urethral pain during intubation,odynuria,vexation),factor 3(gross hematuria,anxiety-depression),and factor 4(increased nocturia,decreased sleep quality,fatigue),and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.404%.Conclusion:The constructed symptom assessment questionnaire for patients with bladder perfusion has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for clinical staff to evaluate the occurrence and severity of symptoms in patients with bladder perfusion.关键词
