Construction of the Teaching Development Support System for University Teachers in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
In the new era,the development of university teachers'teaching faces challenges.In order to adapt to the new era,the construction of the future teaching development support system for university teachers needs to focus on the situation of university teaching,the situation of university teach-ers'teaching development,the specialization of support content,the technologization of support models,and the linkage of relevant organizations.Efforts should be made to establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism for university teaching and the development of university teachers,to build professional pro-moters and project resources for the development of university teachers'teaching,to promote the multi-dimensional application of digital technology to support the teaching development of university teachers,and to build a collaborative working mechanism for the development of relevant organizations for university teachers'teaching.关键词
