The Functional Value,Quality Improvement Path,and Guarantee Mechanism of the"Silver Age Teachers"Program in the Context of Aging Era

Abstract
Under the background of China's aging society and myriads of retired teachers,how to effectively utilize this high-knowledge and high-quality group has become an issue that the whole society must actively consider.Through the program of"Silver Age Teachers",we can achieve the goal of accomplishment in aging policies,develop high-quality human resources of the elderly,meet the needs of supporting intelligence in remote and ethnic minority areas in the central and western regions,and support the high-quality development of school education and teaching.Promoting the top-level de-sign and policy support of government departments,focusing on the psychological value and life identity of the teacher group,advocating volunteer actions and collaborative cooperation,achieving digital empowerment and resource sharing of smart platforms,and carrying out the promotion and brand building of the Silver Age program have become the improvement paths of the"Silver Age Teachers"program.Based on this,it is necessary to achieve the"Silver Age Teachers"program through the following guarantees:the improvement of institutional mechanisms,the cultivation of target teachers,logistical and physical support,and feedback on performance evaluation.关键词
