教师教育数字化转型的推进路径探索
Exploring Paths to Advance Digital Transformation in Teacher Education

Abstract
Digital education has become an inevitable trend in building China's strength in education,the current digital transformation of teacher ed-ucation in China is in the exploratory stage and an in-depth study will be conducive to the high-quality development of domestic education reform.Based on the literature research and survey analysis,it is found that the intrinsic demands of teachers'professional development,the needs of the digital era,and the construction of a high-quality education system all drive the digital transformation of teacher education.In addition,while the post-epidemic envi-ronment creates a convenient environment for the transformation,in-service teachers are also faced with the digital divide and other dilemmas.In order to promote the digital transformation,teacher education can be developed in the following directions:exploring interventions to improve teachers'digital lit-eracy;constructing a theoretical framework to guide the direction of the transformation;developing pilot projects for the transformation in the direction of practice;and perfecting the measurement system to lead the transformation to a stage-by-stage development.关键词
