Abstract
Wire arc additive manufacturing,as a fast,flexible and efficient manufacturing technology,is widely used in aerospace,automotive,medical and other fields.However,because the high temperature generated in the process of processing has adverse effects on the quality and performance of the component,interlayer cooling technology has become one of the effective ways to solve this problem.The research status of interlayer cooling technology in wire arc additive manufacturing is reviewed.First of all,the basic principle and process characteristics of arc additive manufacturing technology are introduced,and the problems of thermal stress and thermal crack in the machining process are emphasized.Secondly,the common interlayer cooling technologies,including gas cooling,liquid cooling and solid cooling,are reviewed.The principle,advantages and disadvantages and application range of each technology are analyzed and compared.Finally,the shortcomings of current research are pointed out,and the future development direction of wire arc additive manufacturing interlayer cooling technology is prospected.With the continuous progress of materials science,heat transfer and other fields,interlayer cooling technology will be more intelligent and efficient,providing a broader space for the application of wire arc additive manufacturing.关键词
