摘要

Abstract

Acidic oxidation potential water and its twin products alkaline water have the advantages of low cost and high efficiency in the cleaning of tableware,fruits and vegetables,and fabrics in industries such as hotels and guesthouses.However,due to the complexity of its production process,there is a contradiction between the output of finished products and the peak and valley periods of application,which poses certain obstacles to practical application.In order to solve the problems of difficult personnel management and mismatched production and use during the user's water use process,an automatic control system for acidic oxidation potential water production equipment is designed.The system can monitor and adjust key parameters such as pH value,conductivity,pulse current,inlet and outlet water pressure in real-time during the preparation process of acidic oxidation potential water.At the same time,it can effectively intervene and schedule the operation coupling of each production process section according to the process flow.To ensure the safe production of equipment and normal supply of products in an unmanned operating environment,a good support is provided.The system hardware is based on STM32F4XX series industrial controller,and its rich and diverse interfaces provide greater flexibility for peripheral device selection,which plays a good role in reducing equipment manufacturing costs and quickly completing system development.
