Optimal Design and Visualization Algorithm of Rotor Sleeve for High Speed Permanent Magnet Motor

Abstract
The design objective is to minimize the circumferential stress in the non-magnetic metal sleeve,nine conditions such as positive pressure between the sleeve and the permanent magnet are constraints,the sleeve thickness and its interference with the permanent magnet are the decision variables,and the multi-dimensional visualization algorithm is used to optimize the design,the feasible domains of sleeve thickness and its interference with the permanent magnet are found,and the optimal domain with engineering value is selected.Finally,the feasibility of the design solution is checked with the help of the finite element analysis.The results show that the multidimensional visualization optimization design can obtain the feasible domain of sleeve thickness and its interference with the permanent magnet more intuitively and theoretical support can be provided for the optimal design of rotor sheathing for surface-mounted permanent magnet motors.关键词
