添加乳酸菌对饲用油菜青贮营养成分和发酵品质的影响
Effects of Adding Lactic Acid Bacteria on Nutrient Composition and Fermentation Quality of Forage Rape Silage

Abstract
Ganyouza No.8 and Huayouza 50 forage rape were used as the experimental materials.There were 4 treatments including Ganyouza no addition group(G),Ganyouza lactic acid bacteria(LAB)treatment group(GL),Huayouza no addition group(H)and Huayouza LAB treatment group(HL).The LAB additive was a mixture of Pediococcus acidilactici,Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus brucei(1∶1∶1).The samples were analyzed after 35 days of ensiling,and the effects of adding lactic acid bacteria on the fermentation quality of forage rape silage were analyzed.The results showed that addition of LAB significantly increased the lactic acid/acetic acid ratio,ether extract and water-soluble carbohydrate contents,and significantly decreased acetic acid,propionic acid,ethanol and ammonia nitrogen contents,but had no significant effects on the contents of lactic acid and butyric acid.In conclusion,forage rape had a good fermentation quality of natural ensiling,and addition of LAB could further improve the fermentation quality of forage rape silage.It is recommended to use suitable LAB inoculants in production of forage rape silage.关键词
