摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of Venturi tube structure change on the flow and flame propagation characteristics of a swirl cup combustor during ignition,a single-head reverse combustor test platform was built,and the experimental research on the influence of Venturi tube throat position and diameter on the cold head flow field structure and flame propagation characteristics during ignition was carried out.The results show that the distance between the Venturi tube throat and the swirl cup outlet is increased,and the range of low-speed recirculation zone in the combustor head is expanded,but the flow structure remains basically unchanged.The throat diameter of the Venturi tube is reduced,the range of the recirculation zone under the head of the combustion chamber is increased significantly,and the flow structure changes greatly.There is a significant staged change in the flame during the ignition process,and the initial flame propagation upstream plays an important role in the success of ignition.Under the condition of a total pressure loss of 3%in the combustion chamber,the distance between the Venturi tube throat and the swirl cup outlet is increased,and the ignition delay time is increased,but with no significant increase,and as diameter of the Venturi tube throat is decreased,and the ignition delay time is increased remarkablely with an increase of over 118%.
