Abstract
In order to realize the efficient assembly of modular steel frame structures,finite element and theoretical analyses were conducted on the proposed new modular steel frame inter-module fully bolted assembled inner sleeve connection joints proposed by the group.Parametric analysis on the new inter-module connection joints with different structural parameters under static and quasi-static loading were conducted by using the validated ABAQUS finite element model.The effects of parameters such as the length and thickness of the inner sleeve,the thickness of the connecting plate and the spacing of the module columns on the bearing capacity of the new connection joints were investigated.The results show that the bearing capacity and seismic behavior of the new inter-module connection joints are good.In the affected domain of the beam,increasing the length of the inner sleeve can significantly improve the mechanical performance of the new connection joints.Based on the analysis results,this study gives suggestions for the optimization and design of the new connection joints,and establishes a simplified restoring force model suitable for the new connection joints,which provides a reference for the further popularization and application of modular steel frame structure to realize industrialization development.关键词
