京津冀建设世界级集成电路产业集群的路径探究
Research on the Pathways of Building a World Class Integrated Circuit Industry Cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract
[Research purpose]In order to promote the coordinated development of the integrated circuit industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and form new growth poles,this article analyzes and studies the pathways of building a world-class integrated circuit industry cluster in the area.[Research method]Taking the integrated circuit industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,this study clarifies its development status and main characteristics through policy review,data analysis,field research and investigation,and systematically compares it with leading regions in China to analyze the difficulties and key influencing factors in the construction of the integrated circuit industry cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the conditions,suggestions are given to accelerate the construction of a world-class integrated circuit industry cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.[Research conclusion]The integrated circuit industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a large scale,comprehensive industrial layout,design dominance,and rapid development in manufacturing and packaging testing.However,there are still problems such as imbalanced industrial chain,insufficient linkage among the three regions,and lack of specialized talent policies that constrain the construction of world-class integrated circuit industry clusters.In addition,the synergy of the integrated circuit industry,related policy systems,talent team building,and application scenarios are also key factors affecting the construction of a world-class integrated circuit industry cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.To accelerate the construction of a world-class integrated circuit industry cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the following pathways are proposed:taking the development of new quality productive forces as the driving force,optimizing the division of labor pattern of the integrated circuit industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;fully leveraging the advantages of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's application market,and using the application end as a driving force for industrial coordinated development;accelerating the integration of industry-university-research in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,forming a collaborative innovation platform for the integrated circuit industry,which actively promoting the construction of a world-class integrated circuit industry cluster in the region.关键词
