Abstract
[Research purpose]This study takes the evaluation of the output of scientific research project as the starting point to explore the influencing factors of the scientific value of the project output.[Research method]Considering the quantity and quality of project paper output,the h index is constructed to represent its scientific value,and the influencing factors of project output on the surface of nature foundation are compared with physics representing basic research and informatics representing applied research.[Research conclusion]The results showed that the h index of both physics and informatics projects was 8,that is,8 papers with citation times no less than 8 were produced on average,indicating that there was no significant difference in the output of academic value between basic research and applied research projects.The research on the factors influencing the academic value of the project showed that the academic background of the project leader had an obvious promoting effect on the academic value output of the fund project,and the impact on basic research was even greater.The academic reputation of the applicant had a significant positive impact on basic research,but not on applied research.关键词
