摘要

Abstract

[Research purpose]Computational social science occupies a strategic position in social science methodology.To meet the growing demand for talents driven by the rapid development of computational social science in China,there is a need to accelerate the establishment of a talent cultivation system for computational social science.[Research method]Starting from the analysis of the urgency and inevitability of developing computational social science,this study elaborates on the basic connotation of talents in computational social science,analyzing the challenges faced,and proposing specific pathways to accelerate the establishment of a talent cultivation system for computational social science,covering aspects such as talent planning,recruitment,cultivation,development,service,and evaluation.[Research conclusion]Computational social science,with its stronger scientific and applied orientation,has garnered significant attention and importance from various sectors of society.As a key variable influencing the development of computational social science,talents in this field must possess the ability to handle massive data and a knowledge structure that understands the digital society.However,in the process of cultivating talents in computational social science,issues such as insufficient number of talents,imperfect cultivation system,and lack of practical abilities are encountered.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the construction of a talent system for computational social science from multiple dimensions.
