Study on the Path to Realization of New Quality Productivity:Based on the Integration and Innovation of Diversified Subjective S&T Innovation Team

Abstract
New quality productivity is an important way to achieve high-quality development.In the face of"necklace"technological problems,the rise of integrated innovation research among multi-major S&T innovation teams will bring opportunities to break through technological obstacles and realize new quality productivity.The study will enrich the theories related to the realization of new quality productivity through the perspective of integration and innovation among S&T innovation teams of multiple subjects,and explore the realization path of new quality productivity through the in-depth analysis of the case of integration and innovation cooperation between S&T innovation teams of H Science and Technology Group and Z University through the grounded theory.The study concludes that the integration and innovation of multi-subject S&T innovation teams can empower the new quality productivity;and condenses the path of realizing the new quality productivity of"cooperation in existing technology to reshape competitiveness-cooperation in secondary research and development of technological achievements-investment in the application of new technological achievements",revealing the role of the multi-subject S&T innovation teams in integrating and innovating to realize the new quality productivity.关键词
