中国技术转移的演化特征、区域差异及空间收敛性分析
Analysis of Evolutionary Characteristics,Regional Differences and Spatial Convergence of Technology Transfer in China
摘要
Abstract
Technology transfer is an important means to promote coordinated regional development and efficient allocation of innovation resources.This paper utilizes patent transfer data among Chinese cities,applies kernel density estimation,global spatial autocorrelation and Dagum's Gini coefficient method to reveal the dynamic evolution law of the distribution of technology transfer in China with regional differences and sources,and applies convergence analysis to test its spatial convergence mechanism in sub-regions.The study finds that:① the overall patent transfer in Chinese cities shows a gradual upward trend,and gradually changes from utility model patents to invention patents mainly,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions show a higher level of technology transfer;②the overall differences in the technology transfer between cities are mainly due to the inter-regional differences,and the results of the sub-region indicate that the inter-regional differences between the western region and the eastern and western parts of China are the largest;③ the overall and the three major regions show the dynamic evolution of the distribution of technology transfer and the sources of regional differences.The overall and three major regions'technology transfer shows σ convergence characteristics and spatio-temporal β convergence characteristics,the convergence rate of the central region is higher than that of the overall convergence rate,and the differences in the technology transfer of each region gradually decrease with the passage of time.This paper provides support for deepening the knowledge of the spatial development pattern of technology transfer,and provides new ideas for narrowing the technological innovation gap between regions.关键词
