重症自身免疫性脑炎预后与脑脊液IL-6及IL-10水平的关联分析
A Correlation Analysis between the Prognosis of Severe Autoimmune En-cephalitis and the Levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in Cerebrospinal Fluid

Abstract
Objective To analyze the association between the prognosis of severe autoimmune encephalitis(AE)and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in cerebrospinal fluid.Methods A total of 68 patients with se-vere AE from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the prognosis at 4 weeks after treatment,the patients were divided into the good prognosis group(38 patients with improved Rankin scale score＜3 points)and the poor prognosis group(30 patients with improved Rankin scale score≥3 points).In addition,45 patients with mild and moderate AE were selected as the mild and moderate group.The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in cerebrospinal fluid were measured and compared in all patients enrolled,and the correlation between the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in cerebrospinal fluid and the prognosis of patients with severe AE was analyzed.Results The level of IL-6 in cerebrospinal fluid in severe group was higher than that in mild and moderate group,while the level of IL-10 was lower than that in mild and moderate group(P＜0.05).The level of IL-6 in the cerebrospinal fluid of the good prognosis group was lower than that of the poor prognosis group,while the level of IL-10 was higher than that of the poor prognosis group(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that poor prognosis in severe AE patients was positively correlated with IL-6 in the cerebrospinal fluid(r=0.831,P＜0.001),and negatively correlated with IL-10 in the cerebrospinal fluid(r=-0.755,P＜0.001).Conclusion The prog-nosis of severe AE is closely related to cerebrospinal fluid pro-inflammatory factor IL-6 and anti-inflammatory factor IL-10.Clinical attention should be paid to the detection and intervention of IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the cerebrospinal fluid to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
