Abstract
The influence of different kinds of mold fluxes on the carbon pick-up of molten steel in non-oriented electrical steel was studied.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the composition and physical and chemical properties of casting powder were one of the main factors determining the carbon pick-up of molten steel.Through continuous sampling of the casting length of the first slab(B slab),the main range and change trend of the carbon pick-up of the slab were found.The influence of the pouring process on the carbon pick-up of the casting powder was analyzed by means of fixed variables.The results show that reducing the content of free carbon in the casting powder,appropriately reducing the melting point of the casting powder,increasing the viscosity of the casting powder,and ensuring the casting speed and superheat could control the carbon pick-up of the casting powder.In addition,through experimental analysis and production verification,other key factors that affected the carbon pick-up of slab at the initial stage of casting were put forward,and suggestions for improvement were put forward finally.关键词
