摘要

Abstract

In order to verify the installation process of the ring groove rivet for the substrate,the pull-off force and pretightening force of the TC4 titanium alloy ring groove rivet under the maximum and minimum interlayer conditions were compared.The results show that under the maximum and minimum interlayer conditions,the pull-off force law of the ring-groove rivet was consistent.The pull-off force of the ring-groove rivet under the minimum interlayer condition was larger than that under the maximum interlayer condition.The pull-off force of the rivet with a diameter of 4 mm increased obviously,reaching more than 40%.In the maximum and minimum interlayer state,the pretightening force of the ring groove rivet was obviously different,the pretightening force of the rivet with a diameter of 4 mm in the minimum interlayer state was more than 5%higher than that of the rivet with the same specification in the maximum interlayer state,and the pretightening force of the rivet with a diameter of 5 mm in the minimum interlayer state was more than 15%lower than that of the rivet with the same specification in the maximum interlayer state.
