摘要

Abstract

The fracture of a Q235B steel secondary structure weldment occurred after long-distance transportation.The causes of the fracture of the weldment were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test and metallographic examination.The results show that the content of Mn element and tensile strength of the raw materials of the secondary structural parts exceeded the standard requirements.There were cracks in the secondary structure weldment during welding,and the cracks further expanded after mechanical impact.In the process of long-distance transportation,under the action of periodic fatigue stress,the fatigue fracture of the structure occurred.
