摘要

Abstract

During the periodic inspection of the main steam valve stud of a 1 000 MW supercritical unit in a power generation company,it was found that the hardness was unqualified.The reasons for the unqualified hardness were analyzed by macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the stud had the problems of microstructure aging and carbide precipitation.Finally,suggestions for improvement were put forward to provide reference for similar unit problems.
