Abstract
Aiming at the problem of thin line defect on the surface edge of slide rail steel in a hot-dip galvanizing production line,the causes of the defects were analyzed by macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the thin wire defect was caused by an abnormal layer formed by a layer of Ni and Co elements,which was produced before the hot rolling and finishing rolling processes and introduced from the outside.The cause of the defect was that the coating composition of the crystallizer copper plate fell off into the slab.关键词
