摘要

Abstract

Cracks appeared on the surface of a 20CrMnTi hot rolled round steel.The cracks were observed and analyzed by means of magnetic flux leakage detection,magnetic particle detection and metallographic examination.The results show that there were gray oxide particles inside the defect,and there was obvious decarburization around the defect.The transverse and longitudinal cracks on the surface of the slab were eliminated by improving the cooling conditions of continuous casting and adjusting the parameters of the mold flux,so as to solve the surface quality problem of 20CrMnTi hot rolled round steel.
