Abstract
The causes of the fracture of the valve stem in the thermal power plant are comprehensively analyzed,and the self-factors and external factors of the valve stem fracture are discussed.The self-factors mainly include the material and structure of the valve stem.External factors mainly include service conditions,valve structure and pipeline layout near the valve.The cases of valve stem fracture in thermal power plants in recent years are summarized.The analysis results can provide guidance for the problems of valve stem materials in design,processing manufacturing,service,and unit design and operation,so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of thermal power units.关键词
