Promoting Villagers'Prosperity through Rural Wealth:A Survey of She Ethnic Villages in Zhejiang Province Towards Common Prosperity

Abstract
Common prosperity is an inevitable requirement for promoting economic and social development on the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On the journey towards common prosperity in the entire society,ethnic villages,as unique regions,have drawn considerable attention to their development.This paper selects four typical She ethnic villages as research sites:Village F in Qiandaohu Town,Chun'an County,Hangzhou City;Village S in Aojiang Town,Pingyang County,Wenzhou City;Village X in Lixin She ethnic Township,Liandu District,Lishui City;and Village D in Hexi Street,Jingning She Autonomous County,Lishui City.Using these four She ethnic villages as a focal point,this paper explores an appropriate path for ethnic villages to achieve common prosperity in the new era.Despite having achieved commendable progress on the path towards common prosperity,these She ethnic villages still face prominent challenges in their own development,including aging population and hollowing villages,a single industrial structure,an unreasonable income-expenditure structure,and a lack of organic unity among the"government-village collective-villagers"triad.This paper holds that effective ways of solving the problems existing on the path towards common prosperity of She ethnic villages include:to explore She cultural elements to promote the integrative development of culture and tourism;to promote agriculture by"industry"to revitalize characteristic industries of ethic villages;to encourage villagers to participate in investment and share collective economic dividends;and to perfect the grass-roots governance mechanisms.关键词
