基于读者反应理论的英语历史人物传记教学策略
Teaching Strategies for Biographies of Historical Figures in English Literature Based on Reader-Response Theory

Abstract
Reader-Response Theory emphasizes a reader-centered approach,where readers actively construct and creatively interpret the meaning of the text.To address issues in the current reading teaching of biographies of historical figures,researchers have identified a teaching strategy that integrates biographies of historical figures in literature into college English reading course based on Reader-Response Theory.This strategy includes task-driven activities,thought-provoking learning,empathy education and class presentation before,during and after class.The strategy focuses on text content,text conflicts,readers'beliefs,and readers'empathy,which enriches strategies for teaching English literature reading,explores the educational value of literary works,and improves ideological and political education of the course.关键词
