Research Status and Development of Flat Plate Heat Pipes
摘要
Abstract
The research status and development of flat plate heat pipes are introduced,including the influ-ence of flat plate heat pipe structure on performance,the application of flat plate heat pipes and the theoreti-cal and experimental research of flat plate heat pipes.Domestic and foreign researchers have conducted ex-tensive simulation and experimental studies on the heat transfer mechanism and flow state of flat plate heat pipes,providing theoretical and data support for the application of flat plate heat pipes.Flat plate heat pipes have been widely used in heat dissipation,heat storage,building wall insulation and other fields.With the miniaturization of electronic components,heat dis-sipation of high heat flux density components will be-come another important application field of flat plate heat pipes.关键词
