Research progress on the impact of different positions on airway management dur-ing the perioperative period
摘要
Abstract
Position changes play a crucial role in perioperative management.Surgical positions not only affect the convenience of the surgical procedure but also have a direct impact on airway management.Alterations in patient positions can influence the exposure of airway anatomical structures and the success rate of tracheal intubation,particularly in specific positions where intubation difficulties are significantly heightened.This article reviews the effects of various surgical positions on airway exposure,intubation placement and catheter stability,aiming to provide guidance for clinicians in selecting appropriate positions during perioperative airway management and avoiding potential risks associated with certain positions.关键词
