Research progress of the perioperative use of S-ketamine for depression in tumor patient
摘要
Abstract
Depression and tumor are two major deadly diseases worldwide,and researches have confirmed a high incidence of depression among cancer patients.Therefore,while focusing on the physical illnesses of cancer patients,mental health issues should not be over-looked.S-ketamine has been proven to have rapid antidepressant effects.This article explores the current occurrence of depression in cancer patients,reviews the antidepressant mechanisms of S-ketamine and its application progress in the perioperative period,and pro-vides a comprehensive review of the feasibility and safety of using S-ketamine to treat depression symptoms during tumor surgery,aiming to provide clinical reference.关键词
