Study on the Control Effect of Plant Immune Inducer ZNC on Apple Rot Disease

Abstract
In this study,the 8~10 years old apple variety"Cold Fortune"was employed as the test material,the objective of the experiment was to investigate the impact of varying concentrations of the plant immunity-inducing antagonist ZNC(extract of Penicillium wannabe)on the prevention and management of apple rot disease.Four treatments were established in the experiment,comprising ZNC concentrations of 5 ng·mL-1(T1),15 ng·mL-1(T2)and 30 ng·mL-1(T3),with clear water serving as the control(CK).The impact of varying concentrations of ZNC on physiological indices,including photosynthetic characteristics,soluble protein content,cell membrane permeability,malondialdehyde content,POD activity and the growth activity of mycelium in pathogens,was examined through the application of distinct concentrations of ZNC to the stems and leaves of apple trees during the growth period,coupled with an indoor pathogen culture test.The findings demonstrated that the plant immune enhancer ZNC was efficacious in managing apple rot disease.The application of 5 ng·mL-1 ZNC proved effective in controlling apple rot disease in production.关键词
